Bespoke Production: Pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU and relevant local statutes (including § 312g BGB), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods produced to the consumer’s specifications. All artworks are custom-produced at the time of order on museum-grade archival papers. Atelier88 does not maintain inventory.

Final Sale Policy: Because all works are bespoke commissions and production begins immediately upon order submission, cancellations and returns are not permitted. All sales are final.

Technical Accuracy: Urban Spaces Inc. (o/a Atelier88) provides colour-proofed, high-resolution data to our production partners to ensure maximum fidelity.

Digital Representation & Augmented Reality (AR) Disclaimer: Please be advised that digital representations of our work may vary based on your display technology and calibration. Interactive 3D gallery environments, room mockups, and Augmented Reality (AR) “Live View” tools may be provided for conceptual and scale-estimation purposes only. Environmental factors (including user-end lighting, wall textures, and mobile camera sensors in AR mode) will affect the visual representation. Atelier88 cannot guarantee an exact match between a digital simulation and the final physical commission.

Pristine Arrival Guarantee: If your artwork is lost or damaged in transit, we provide a replacement guarantee.

• Atelier88 reserves the right to review the circumstances of any claim.
  Replacement is at our sole discretion following verification of evidence.
• Notify concierge@atelier88.art within 48 hours. Photos of the unopened damaged exterior packaging and the affected artwork are mandatory for claim
  verification.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
