Payment Processing: All payments are processed via Stripe. Atelier88 does not store or have access to your credit card or financial credentials. Stripe’s privacy policy, which can be found at https://stripe.com/en-ca/legal/privacy-center governs this data.

Fulfillment & Third-Party Transfers: To facilitate local production and minimize transit distances, customer name and shipping address details are shared with our partner studios in Germany, the UK, and the USA. These partners use this data strictly for order fulfillment.

Interactive Features & Camera Privacy: To provide our “Live View” and 3D Gallery experiences, we utilize Artplacer technology.

• Camera Access: When using AR features, the site requests camera access. This data is used solely to render artwork in your environment in real-time.
• Storage: Atelier88 does not record, store, or transmit images or video from your private environment.
• Third-Party Scripts: Artplacer scripts are blocked until you provide consent via our Cookie Preference center.

International Transfers: Data flows between the EU and our headquarters in Canada are protected under the EU-Canada Adequacy Decision. Transfers to our US-based partners are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
