Frequently Asked Questions

Print Quality & Provenance

  • Colour Giclées: Museum-grade archival Hahnemühle bright white cotton rag (100% cotton, acid-free, OBA-free, 308 gsm, smooth matte). This heavyweight archival paper offers superior longevity and is ideal for reproducing fine art with rich, saturated colours.
  • Black & White Giclées: Archival Canson Baryta Photographique II (310 gsm, semi-gloss, traditional baryta coating). This paper recreates the look and feel of classic darkroom prints with exceptional depth and detail for long-term permanence.

We provide both the total paper size and the actual print (image) size on our selection charts. There are three or four available sizes depending on the specific subject print. The border size (2”/ 5cm or 3”/ 8cm) is fixed based on the artwork’s aspect ratio and maximum paper width, to ensure the image is never distorted.

Yes. Each print includes an official Certificate of Authenticity (COA), along with the artist’s digital signature mark and edition number on the print border.

Framing & Handling

No. All prints are sold unframed. This ensures your artwork arrives safely and allows you to choose a frame that matches your decor. We provide both paper and print sizes upfront to assist in your planning.

Our museum-grade papers are delicate and sensitive to oils from skin.

  • Keep the print in its protective packaging until it is ready to be framed.
  • Handle the paper only by the edges or wear clean cotton gloves.
  • Avoid displaying in direct sunlight to ensure maximum longevity.
  • A detailed explanation of archival care is available via the link in our website footer.
