We stand behind the safe arrival of every print. As each artwork is a bespoke commission, we do not offer refunds, but we provide a 100% replacement guarantee.

  • Coverage: Lost shipments or prints damaged in transit will, at our sole discretion and upon reasonable proof, be replaced free of charge.
  • White-Glove Replacement Service: In the event of a replacement shipment to any global destination, the gallery ships Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
  • DDP Terms: The gallery assumes all responsibility for shipping costs and pre-pays all local taxes or brokerage fees upon arrival.

Damage & Loss Protocol

To qualify for a replacement, please follow these mandatory steps:

  • Notification: Email concierge@atelier88.art within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Evidence: You must include your order number and photographs of the unopened damaged exterior packaging as well as the affected
    artwork.
  • Review: All claims are subject to internal review; we are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
