To minimize transit times and environmental impact, we route all commissions to our partner studio facility closest to your delivery address.

Fulfillment Centers: We ship from the USA, UK, and Germany, using a premium multi-carrier approach including Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, USPS, DHL Paket, and Warenpost.
UK Orders: Produced and shipped from our partner studio in the United Kingdom.
EU Orders: Produced and shipped from our partner studio in Germany.
USA & Canada Orders: Produced and shipped from our partner studio in the US.
Rest of World: Produced and shipped from the most logistically convenient partner studio.
Sustainability: Our fine-art studio partners prioritize the use of “Green Carriers” and carbon-offset logistics whenever available.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We provide a White Glove Shipping experience to ensure your artwork travels the shortest distance possible to reach you safely.

Complimentary Shipping: We offer Complimentary Worldwide Shipping on all orders, excluding sanctioned or prohibited countries.
Dispatch Time: To ensure the highest quality control, orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days on average.
Tracking: You will receive a personal tracking link and automated delivery updates via email the moment your order is en route.
Typical Delivery Windows:
- USA, Canada, UK, EU, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland: 6–10 working days from dispatch.
- Other Regions: 6–15 working days from dispatch.
Note: Delivery dates are on a best-endeavours basis and depend on carrier performance and local customs conditions.

Taxes, VAT & Tariff-Free Delivery

Taxes, VAT & Tariff-Free Delivery By fulfilling orders locally within the USA, UK, and Germany, we ensure a seamless delivery process for our primary regions.

Tariff-Free Access: Orders shipping to customers in the UK, EU, USA, or Canada will not face additional import charges.
VAT Information: For orders within the UK and EU regions, VAT is billed at checkout.
Canada: GST/HST and carrier handling fees may be collected by CBSA/ Couriers.
Rest of World: For orders outside the UK, EU, USA and Canada, local import duties, taxes and carrier fees remain the responsibility of the collector.

Prohibited & Restricted Destinations

Due to evolving international trade regulations, sanctions, and courier service limitations over which Atelier88 has no control, the list of prohibited destinations is dynamic. We currently cannot fulfill orders to:

Comprehensively Sanctioned: Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria.
Conflict & High-Risk Zones: Ukraine (specifically Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions), Afghanistan, Sudan, South Sudan, Yemen, Libya, Somalia, and Central African Republic.
Non-Serviceable Islands & Territories: Wake Island, Johnston Island, Niue,
Tokelau, Turkmenistan, Sierra Leone, and the Falkland Islands.
